Pricing and Payment
With respect to custom golf carts, there are no refunds on deposits for custom orders. 60% down payment is required for all custom golf cart builds. No build work will be started until the full 60% down payment has been received. The remaining 40% is due upon completion prior to shipping or pick up. Since many of our custom golf carts are on high demand, some carts will require a placement fee. The placement fee will assure your place in line for the next build in order of assignment. The placement fee will be considered a down payment on the required 60%, however, actual building of your cart will not start until the full 60% down payment has been received.
With respect to accessory items sold in our online store, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our online catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us and/or our dealers.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Bad Ass Golf Carts product has mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bad Ass Golf Carts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Moreover, Bad Ass Golf Carts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bad Ass Golf Carts shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bad Ass Golf Carts, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada and the Federal Laws of the United States of America applicable therein without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in Las Vegas, Nevada. By entering this agreement the Client grants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
