Because of our dedication to quality, many of the Custom Golf Carts we construct are built on the refurbished frames of gently used carts. We meticulously strip each cart down to nothing and Bead Blast off the old paint and powder coating. Then we stretch, modify or reinforce the frame where needed according to your specific requirements. Finally we either repaint or powder coat the frame to your specifications.

Most of the "Off Road" carts are built on frames from the mid 2000's because the frames were actually much stronger and are, therefore, safer and sturdier when customized. These frames reinforce the integrity of roll cages, suspension lifts, et cetera. The newer golf carts, although they are great for golfing and cruising around with minor modifications, are made largely from plastic. The older ones (2007 and older) are made of steel frames that hold up better when making modifications or extreme customization.
